What I collect

When you submit the spot claim form, I receive: your full name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and a brief message. This data is stored in a private server database and is never accessible to the public.

How I use it

Your contact information is used solely to reach out about your project inquiry, confirm your reserved spot, and send invoices when work begins. It is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose unrelated to your project.

Data retention & deletion

I retain your information for the duration of our engagement and up to one year after project completion. To request deletion of your data at any time, email me directly and I will remove it within 5 business days.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. No personal data is sent to any third-party service.

Services Agreement

Scope of work

The engagement includes: custom web application design and development, mobile-responsive layout, production server deployment, domain and SSL configuration guidance, full source code delivery, and 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes.

What’s not included

  • Domain registration fees (billed by your registrar)
  • Ongoing hosting costs after handoff
  • Post-support-period maintenance and new features
  • Copywriting, photography, or content creation beyond scope

Payment

A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on launch day. An invoice is sent via email after the initial discovery call. No payment is required to claim a spot or schedule a discovery call.

Timeline

Typical projects complete in 1–3 weeks from kickoff. The exact timeline depends on project scope and how quickly feedback is provided during review rounds.

Revisions

The engagement includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at my standard hourly rate and agreed to before work begins.

Source code ownership

You own everything I build. Full source code is delivered to you at launch. No ongoing license fee is required to run your own site.

Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. I am not responsible for business outcomes, revenue results, or interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.).
